Waterproof membrane
The layer that keeps water where it belongs. A mistake here is the most expensive one in the room.
About the work
What the job actually involves.
The membrane is the only thing between the water and the structure behind the tile. It is also the first thing to disappear from view once tiling starts, which makes it the easiest layer to cut corners on.
We apply approved liquid membrane to floor and wall, reinforced at corners, transitions and around drains and pipe penetrations. Every coat is left to cure as the manufacturer requires, and we photograph the work before the tile goes on.

- Photographic documentation before tiling
Price
How the price is set.
Membrane work is priced by area and by how many corners, drains and penetrations the room has. A small bathroom with many details can take longer than a large plain one.
We take jobs in Oslo, Bærum and Asker.
