About the work
What the job actually involves.
A floor that is not flat gives uneven tiles, grout that cracks, and water that stands instead of running to the drain. Levelling is invisible work that decides how everything above it looks and behaves.
We level and smooth the floor to a flat substrate with the fall a wet room requires, and make sure the transition to the drain and the threshold is right. The substrate is checked before the next layer goes on.

Price
How the price is set.
The price depends on how far out of level the floor starts and how much compound it takes. We assess this at the site visit; it is hard to estimate without seeing it.
